This policy explains how we handle your personal data if you decide to subscribe to our newsletter.

We collect only your email address, exclusively for the purpose of sending our newsletter (news, updates, and information about our software services and projects).

Legal basis and retention period:

The processing is based on your consent given upon subscription. We will retain your email for these purposes for a period of 3 years from granting the consent, unless you withdraw it earlier.

Withdrawal of consent:

You can easily withdraw your consent at any time. Simply click the unsubscribe link found in the footer of every newsletter, or send us a request at: hi@renvue.io. Upon withdrawal of consent, we will promptly delete your email address from our database.

Data transfer:

We do not sell your data to any third parties. For newsletter distribution, we may use standard and secure email platforms that act as data processors, such as Mailchimp or Ecomail.
